Therefore, it is best to wash your hair with shampoo or soap that contains surfactants that are as non-irritating as possible and mildly acidic.\r\n\r\nMoreover, it is best to wash your hair with lukewarm water. If the water is too hot, it can irritate the scalp and damage the hair itself. If the water is too cold, the shampoo will not lather well and will shrink the pores, which will actually reduce the cleansing effect.\r\n\r\nTo remove daily buildup of dirt, dust, and oil, washing your hair in the evening is ideal. However, make sure to dry both your hair and scalp completely. If you go to bed with your hair not completely dry, dandruff or other bacteria will grow more easily. If you are not sure you can dry your hair and scalp completely, washing it once in the morning is also a good
